- For orders outside of Canada and the United States – please note that:
- Air shipping takes 7 to 14 business days once your order has shipped
- Surface shipping options take: Europe: 1-2 months, Asia-Pac/Aus: 2-3 months, Africa: 2-3 months, S. America: 1-2 months, once your order has shipped
- Some shipping options do not include tracking. If you would like to pay extra for tracking, please choose a shipping option that includes tracking
- Orders containing one or more pre-order items will not ship until all items are available. If you would like something sooner, you need to place two separate orders
- You get free shipping in Canada on orders that total $100.00 or more, so stock up, start a distro, get some stuff for pals, etc
- The cost of shipping includes shipping and handling – i.e. the cost of the postage, packing materials and time it takes to assemble and ship
- If you can’t afford shipping, feel free to contact us to arrange a time to come by and pick your order up
- All sales are final. However, if you get something that is broken, defective, not what you ordered, etc – please email us as soon as possible so we can work that out and make things better
